FreedomWorks economist Steve Moore says the next stimulus package should include a payroll tax cut because nothing else in the package will stimulate growth. The fundamental flaw of this document is that it excludes the most important pro-growth measure: the payroll tax suspension for the rest of the year for million workers and nearly 30 million small businesses and self-employed business owners. President Trump should not sign any final product without the payroll tax cut. Dropping free money into people's pockets is no road to prosperity. Grade: We will see. An analysis by Casey Mulligan of the University of Chicago finds that keeping those payments would reduce employment by almost 10 million jobs by the end of the year. There is NO jobs recovery if this policy continues.

What Does Half Right Mean?
Every recruit needs to make it through Basic Training before they earn the right to be called Soldiers. Drill sergeants have just two goals: to break the civilian out of their platoon and to give recruits a crash course in military lifestyle. Some drill sergeants may impart all of their knowledge onto recruits in as short a time as possible.
Paul Nightingale, If Nelson and Winter are only half right about tacit knowledge, which half? The paper explores the inherent tensions in the relationships between different theories of knowledge. The paper shows how Polanyi's rather nebulous concept of tacit knowledge can be given a rigorous foundation in recent biological treatments that link neurological causal processes, subjective mental states and speech acts. The utility of the framework and the problems with this binary distinction are illustrated by showing the confusions behind recent theories that propose that information technologies allow the codification of tacit knowledge.
